Default How do I identify real ITR cams?

I just recently purchased a GSR head. I was told it had ITR cams. I took the cams out and was wondering how to identify them as real ITR cams. The cams' sprockets say PR3. I haven't taken the sprockets off the cams yet, but is the same PR3 stamped on the cams? I did a search and it said something about measuring the lobes...how do I do that and what measurements am I looking for? Thanks for the help.
