thanks guys, this time was actually ran in nov of 08 but i just got around to posting.
dont get too jealous though, even though the tracks in the area didnt really close down this year cause of the mild weather, it has been a roller coaster ride on the coast of NC. it was a low of 21 degrees last night but its supposed to be 70 degrees by friday! lol its been going back and forth like that all winter.

Is your spark plug cover engraved? If so that is clean. Not that many ppl would take the time to have it engraved.

good job on the clean engine bay, and see if you can get some better tires and get those 60 foot times down.

damn, i didnt think GSR's would make a hatch that fast...

Dont know if im under-estimating how light EG hatches or how much power GSR's have...

Nonetheless, great time and nice car...

thanks,
the spark plug cover was actually cnc'd from scratch, a buddy of mine was going to college for cnc and offered to make me something and thats all i could come up with at the time. i gave him a stock one to take measurements from and told him to put my timmybilt logo and "built.... not bought" on it.

the engine bay was horrible when i got it, i was going to just clean it but it was so bad i decided to lay down some fresh paint.... but then i had everything out so i did a mild wire tuck and painted the brake booster and some misc mounts and brackets. one thing always turn into ten more things to do! lol
im looking into some tires soon since i think i may put a little n20 on her soon, i would love to see some 1.9-2.0 or better 60' times

thanks,
maybe a little of both, it is a cx hatch which is one of the lightest eg's and i think i have a wednesday motor. lol

seriously though, just for a comparison. everything on this car is from my last car (93 del slo si) my buddy had this hatch (bone stock) and wanted my del slo so i said ok i will trade straight up but only BODY FOR BODY. 2 weeks later i had swapped everything, my gsr swap, front&rear brakes, suspension, sway bars, seats, wheels, lip, exhaust etc. literally everything on to the hatch and everything off the hatch onto the slo, the only thing not swapped over was the dash, carpet and interior panels! lol

the point, i only ran mid to low 14's with the exact same setup in the del slo so the lighter weight of the cx definately played a roll in me BARELY breaking into the 13's
