Icon6 I need help with horn replacement

I have a 1990 Honda Accord, and it needs a new horn. I have checked the fuses and there good. What is the best way to get to the horn? The bumper or taking the radiator out?

It kinda sucks, but its always easier to do it once. Take out the bumper lights, remove 4 12mm bolts. Remove 4 bumper screws from wheel wells. Remove the corner lights, so they don't break. Lastly remove the 2 12mm bolt right near each headlight. There are two horns, i used the supplied bracket and mine fit great. Now people think a Cadillac beeped at them!

definitely the easiest way is taking the bumper off

its only 4 bolts, 2 screws, 2 nuts and 2 clips and it comes right off

there are 2 horns right behind it
