I need big time help
Well Oh ok I have a 95 honda accord wit a h22a and I been trying to pull the codes off and I was going to use a scan tool but can't find where to plug it in at.... Oh ok is there anybody outthere that could tell me the best way to find out the year of my motor and pull the codes also??? I know the ECU is a P13 from a 1993.... Can anybody help me ??? And also I was told to look on the head but it looks like a 96 I can't tell if its a 6 or a 5.......... Honda techs anybody out there know???
In order to read the codes you go buy the year of the ECU. And seeing as how it is an OBD1 ECU you can use the SCS jumper/short technique if your wire harness is complete.
And If had to replace one of the sensors would I go by the year of the ECU or the motor B/C like the TPS sensor autozone on there site they can't find one for a 96 prelude... So whats best way to locate parts????
the service connector is in the Passenger kick panel. You will jump this connector and read the blink sequence to get your Trouble code.
