I have a D16y8 out of my 2000 Civic EX that I was just about to start breaking down. Runs fine, but burns 1/2 quart of oil every 1000 miles. I'm assuming bad oil rings. If you have any interest in exchanging my problem motor+cash for yours, let me know. Can include tranny, ecu, new timing belt/water pump/thermostat/plug wires, all mounts, linkage, etc.
