Ef Harness Bar!?

is there someone or a company that makes a ef harness bar for use with racing harnesses i cant seem to find one, the only one i found was on ebay and i dont want to pofs ebay junk braking and me dying

the best harness bar for a 88-91 crx/hatchback is fred design from crxmotorsports
