Default new clutch......help.....pics inside

I bought a New clutch kit.....

before I bought this clutch, my clutch pedal got reall stiff, and gears wouldnt go in, lets say I am in second gear, want to shift to third, it was really really hard, in any gear trying to upshift or downshift was like that, it was worst whenever I was in a stop sign or light, trying to put first gear, OR any gear was extremely hard

change the fluid, bleed the system and bought a new slave cylinder, It got a little bit better, but never like it should be...

2 weeks ago I change the clutch, disk, pressure plate, flywheel, bearing, and When I took my old clutch out, one spring was really bad, and a piece of metal was hanging (also from the disk)

I installed everythink like it should, went for a spin, didn't drive hard at all, clutch felt great, everything was ok, until two days ago, now, if the car is in movement, the clutch feels perfect, I have currently 200 miles since I changed the clutch, no hard driving, not even on vtec....the car drives fine, downshift and upshift better than stock, but now if I go to a stop sign or stop light, its really hard to put it in first gear or any gear, including reverse, but only when the car is not moving...

what could be wrong guys??? took me almost 2 days to change the clutch, and now this? could it be the clutch? slave cylinder (didnt grease it when changing the clutch) bleeding the system? tranny ??

also, when the car is off, all gear goes in fine.....

thanks in advance

BLEED the system, I'd bet money that fixes it, same thing happened to my buddy after installing his clutch. you may also need to adjust the pedal throw.

just take the tranny off and have a look, if everything checks out okay check for the master cylinder / slave cylinder. wait a minute, that'd be the long way!

seriously, whats the pedal feel like? and is there enough tranny fluid in there?

tranny fluid is a good thing to check too, if anything throw some redline MTL in there and it'll feel 10 times smoother but the clutch feel when you're not moving is the slave cylinder/clutch pedal for sure. I'd bet money it needs to be bled and / or the clutch pedal needs to be adjusted.

how long did you drive around when your old clutch went bad. if your old clutch wasn't disengaging and you try to force it into gear, that puts a lot of pressure and ware on the synchro. if the car drove fine for a few days after the install, then you probably bleed the system right the first time, but it wouldn't hurt to bleed again. if you can't put it in gear unless the car is moving, then the clutch is not disengaging fully.

almost 200 miles, the car drove completely fine, better than stock, two days ago, this **** start happening....

When I changed the clutch, I never change any fluids or bleed the system....I guess I am going to check those...
