Default b16a3 Del Sol...Worth Swapping b18c1 ???

Theoretically i could buy a b18c1 for 1500 and sell my b16a3 for $1000. Have the B18c installed and dyno tuned for roughly $1,000?
I figured its $1500 better spent than upgrading cams, valvetrain, and dyno tune.
Is the motor a direct drop in? Can i use the same trans, axels, wiring harness, ecu?

yes the motor will be a direct drop in. as for either swapping or upgrading internals its really up to you..ill say keep your b16 and upgrade internals..

i have one of those b16a3s in my eg and it has been super reliable and i rag on it every once in a while..it only has the basic bolt-ons and it pulls quite nicely ..

Luckily you already have an original B in your engine. Yes, it would be a direct drop in. All you would need is the P72 ecu from the b18c1
