Default new(ish) guy

I've been on the forum for about 4 years, but stopped visiting as I got rid of my honda. Have had a 93 del sol and a 93 hatch that I put a b18b in. Now I picked up at 91 hatch that I'm having issues with. Throwing a cel and I gotta check the codes. But from what I've heard, it seems a little complicated to do. Anyway, here's the car. Rebuild motor and all that junk. Did a compression test while trying to figure out whats wrong with it, and I had 150 psi across the board. So thats good :D Not really sure if I like the suspension on it. If I hit a bump, it hurts. Don't know if I'll ever do a swap in this one or not. First thing is to make this one right. Anyway, lets hear some feedback!

Clean, to check the code, pull back the passenger carpet and count the flashes on the led in the ecu.

How do I know when its started and stopped? And what if there's more than one code? Aaaand how will I know what the code means after I've counted the blinks?

just keep counting til you see a pattern if there is more then one code you will notice a slight break in the blinking and notice another pattern for ex. if it blinks 5 times pauses and blinks 5 again u have one code 5 break then 6 your looking at two codes as far as what each code it you can find it in a haynes/chiltons manual

Guess I'll try that out tomorrow. Been stuck at home after some bad seafood Saturday night :/ Anyone got an idea for mods? Its got aftermarket speakers and super trap exhaust. Not sure if I like the exhaust though. Sounds decent but super loud.
