My 99 civic si coupe is still hestitating!! When accerelating in Low rpms like under 3 K the car kinda just sounds like a lawn mower in a way!! Over 3 k rmp its fine! Any ideas?? I replaced the feul pump, fuel injectors, fuel filter, spark plugs, wires, cap, Checked all vacum hoses! LMK What you guys think

I had the same prob 1 time in my EG and i had to replace the dizzy. that did the trick for me. I also had a similarf problem with my fuel injector wires from a swap I did. they had been cut and spliced and I didnt heat shrink them, I just used electrical tape. moisture was getting inside the tape and causing it to cut out. I heatshrinked them and that fixed that problem.
