i paid $2600 for my perfect running ej8 with a straight body. i paid the person and have been driving it ever since. i would pay like $1000 for that. the motor doesnt run, it looks like ****, and the interior is dirty as hell. IMO offer him like $800 cash and see what he says.

 

he says its not running and may be the fuel pump he says it cranks but won't start what would you think it might be?

 

hard to tell you what could be wrong with the car without more info on the car as far if there is spark, etc. but imo i wouldn't pay more than 1000 simply bcuz is not running.

 

yea well dudes a ***** he just sold it out from under me after i told him i was on my way!!! thats the 2nd car this month!! im pissed!

 

I picked up my 96 dx from a repo company for 1k with 170k on the clock...i'm right at 188k now still with no issues. Ive done is regular maint. A/c is ice cold and i still pull off close to 36mpg.

I personally think they want too much..the car doesnt even run.
