Default Acura TSX ECU in a Euro Honda Accord???

Hi one and all; I am a NooB here, just recently became the PROUD owner of an '07 Honda Accord, the BEST vehicle I have ever owned!!! I have been reading/gathering Info's for atleast 2 months now, and I still haven't found any links and/or forums that can answer my question. Is it possible for me to install the ECU from a North American Acura TSX (205 WHP from a K24a2) in my Euro Accord A/T (190 WHP from a K24a3)?? Would it work?? I am just at the beginning stages of adding aftermarket parts, so I know getting any kind of "chipping" (HONDATA K-Series or so) done, should wait until I have atleast a few MODS installed . (EX manifold, CAT-Back etc.) If I could just change the ECU for now, that would give me approx. 15 WHP instantaneously..... I have already added the Drive-by-wire chip from "Sprint Booster", which isn't tuning, but does make a noticeably quicker reaction time. Thanks for any Info's anyone can give me!!!
Sincerly
