Default smoking bad

every time i run my honda above 3k RPM it is emitting bad smell of smoke, don't know if that smell oil, whats the problem, i have no cat, is that something to do with absence of cat

the muffler is emitting something fishy smell, every time my honda hit 3000 rpm

You just answered your own question in your post. YOU HAVE NO CAT thats the fuel oil smell you are smelling. I love the odor smell no cat gives off

The smell is probably due to no cat, because I have a testpipe and my exhaust tends to smell like that of an older non-cat carbureted vehicle. More importantly, does the smoke have any white or bluish coloration to it?
