Hello,

Today I parked my 2001 Accord sedan next to a neighbors 1998 Accord sedan and noticed that when parked side to side lined up at the front bumper, my 2001 seems to be larger and longer. I know the Accord got a 2001 refresh in which the front and back bumpers and the tail lights were changed. But did they also make the car somewhat wider and longer?

'01-'02 sedan
Length: 189.40in
Width: 70.30in
Height: 56.90in

 

they are both identical on their interior demensions....

the newer ones are slightly longer (less than .6 inches)

 

im surprised u noticed that .6 inches just by parking next to it
