What's up guys Damaged Goods here..

Tried to search for an answer, but all I got back were for sale threads, so that didn't exactly help me out to much.

I just recently purchased a jdm center console, and I want to move my deck to the top din, but it won't fit with the din "cubby" that comes with it. I've seen people have the "cubby" and a cd deck share that double din spot. What else would I need to make it work?

I read that I would need the din tray from a ek to make the fitment correct, is this true? I'm finding a lot of pictures with the set up I'm trying to do, but no explainations..thanks
