Default Cross weights and percents and all that mumbo jumbo

had my car weighed the other night...

gutted 1990 Honda CRX HF w/ B16A and heavy wheel/tyre combo (38lbs)... with a 165lb driver.

2250lbs with a crossweight percentage of 48%.

my question is... the crossweight percentage... is that good? somewhere i remember the closer the cross-weight was to 50% the better?

with my normal wheels/tyres (32lbs) and me out of the car, it's at 2061lbs (close to my expectations, the cage probably doesn't help though).

nope... the scales were setup for the race event and i was running in the hpde... didn't want to give the tech guys a headache.

i only have a rear bar anyways... i know i shoulda disconnected that, and if possible, the shocks.. did the tyres, etc etc. it was just a pretty "rushed" kinda thing
