Accord matience button
this is my bro in laws accord... i know where its at on integras but not accords. its a 94 accord. matienence red light came on and how do it get it back to green. thats all, prob requires doing something different, but let me know
There should be a slot in the center of the gauge cluster. You push the button in with a key/flathead screwdriver. And you will see it roll back to green. It's nothing electronic, it has a set of gears that roll in conjunction with the odometer.

The maint. req. reset button is highlighted in yellow.

You will have to retrieve the SRS code that is being stored on the ECU. You retrieve them the same way you would retrieve the check engine diagnostic codes. Stick a paperclip in the blue 2 pin connector mounted under the glove box. Then with the code telling you wat is wrong. Hopefully you will be able to fix the issue with the SRS system. Or you could remove the gauge cluster and remove the bulb.
