any pros or cons on putting a z6 cam in my d15b2, would it fit ok? any help would be apprecited!

No pros. Only one con: It won't work.

You need to swap the entire cylinder head. And you'll need to do a multi-point fuel injection conversion as well.

okay...ive done a multiport and im runnin obd 1 on a p06, i have a z6 head but it needs to be redone, and i have an extra cam just chillin, just wondering because i need to get a p28 as well!
