Default rear bleeder bolts completely siezed... what do i do

So my brakes really need to be bled, the pedal goes like halfway before i get any pressure. I did the fronts and it helped a little but i can't do the back ones at all i tried pb blaster and other things but nothing worked. So what would be the best way to fix this, i mean i guess i could buy that whole new part but what are my other options.

Rear drums? If so, just replace the rear wheel cylinders, which are not too expensive.

This happened to me. Heat the bleeder valves with a propane torch, let cool, and give it another try. Repeat if necessary.
