Default What CAT for JDM B16A in 88 CRX, bolt-on?

Need to find out what catalytic converter to use...
I have a JDM B16A w/ JDM RS*R B-series header and 88-91 CRX Vibrant Cat-Back.

In a rush effort to get the car running I bought a 88-91 CRX high flow "cat" (resonator) off ebay and it only bolts up right on the cat-back side, the flange is too small on the header side, holes arent far enough apart....
Should I be using an cat from another application...maybe 99-00 Si or 94+ Integra since it's a B-series header?
I really dont want to have to get a new flange welded, would prefer something that bolts on.
Come to think of it I'd like a REAL high flow cat so I have a chance of passing inspection...I dont mind buying something new....catback is 2 3/8" dia. so would prefer something at least that size....any recommendations?

Thanks!
