Your parking corner lights should act as turn signals. I've never tried it but this what I think about the wiring: it would work when the parking lights are off, but when they are on, the parking light would send power to the bumper lights causing them to just be on all the time. So I think it would be even worse at night.
you might want to check to see why they aren't signaling in the first place.

BTW: as far as I know, my corner lights never blinked. I dont think they are ment to, it is a simple "mod" some people do.

They blink. When the head lights are on, they alternate with the bumper lights.
check the blinker fluid

you should have blinkers in your corner lights there is acutally two different lights in the corner one is just a steady light and the other one is a light that comes on when you turn the corner lights on and then it blinks when you hit your blinkers and ya they are supposed to alternate with the front bumper blinkers. do you have the "tweaker blinker" cause usually when one of your blinkers go out you get the "tweaker blinker" or the hyperblink which tells you one of your blinkers are out. and i was kinda confused on the quesion also. are you trying to make your front bumper lights come on with your corner lights and then still blink. if so go to this and it will explain.

94-95 have blinkers in the corners. 96-97 have longer bumper lights, and Honda felt they did not need the corner blinkers anymore.

Cliffs:
94-95 Corner light blinks opposite the bumper lights
96-97 corner does not blink

My bad. I honestly didn't know that the 96-97s didn't have corner blinkers.
