Icon6 Has this been done?

I need to rewire a obd-1 dizzy to fit a obd-0 wire harness...any ideas would be helpful im kinda new to the ef

running an obd1 dizzy on a obd0 ecu ya mean? no wont work. re plugging and pinning to run all obd1 with ecu ya

He's saying you'd need to convert the car to obd1 to use that dizzy, which means using an obd1 ecu, and using either a conversion harness, or rewiring it yourself. Also, you'd need to eliminate the injector resistor box.

It's a lot of work and not a great idea unless you are installing an obd1 motor.

Dizzy must match ecu.

ok i understand. is the a dizzy i could use with the z6 head that is obd-0

will a d15b7 dizzy work on a z6 head? cuz thats what i got!

a obd0 dizzy will work you have to make the upper mounting ear a bit bigger to bolt it on, and that is the only bolt u can use, unless you do it like this. put the dizzy in and use the 2 side tabs only and use the washers on the bolts to hold it down tight

if you look real close at this pic you can see the front dizzy bolt is in there but the washer on the bolt is only holding it in place, its the same for the rear, the upper bolt is not used
