Hub caps
Dumb question lol but how do i get my hub caps or whatever off my 99 civic lol do i need to take off all the lugnuts or no cause i tryed prying them off but it didnt work and if i need to take off all four can i be safe without jacking the car up

The wheel covers (that's what they're called nowadays) on some of the Civics do indeed require you to remove the lug nuts. I would NOT recommend doing so without jacking the car up.
