hey everyone. I will update you to what I have done so far. I swapped a engine in my ef until my heater core blew. So we replaced the heater core. We took apart the dash and plugged everything back in. But engine won't start the heat works, lights, everything except the engine wont turn. Im not sure what it is but i have a hint that it is the immobilizer. Its like its not noticing my keys the light just blinks. Any suggestions would be a apprectiated!!

what light blinks? do you have an aftermarket alarm system? these civics dont have factory imobilizers or key recon features...when your heater core blew where did all the water/coolant go? did it go over the ecu? checked all your fuses?
