Just wanted to know if you have to change the bulk head to 00 to fit the head lights.
I know you need the bumper,fenders,hood just need to know about the bulk head..

yes you do you need the whole front end

fenders,hood,headlights,front bumper so all 6 parts from the 99-00 civic front end

 

What the eff is bulk head??


You can go with replica parts for hood, fenders and bumper; But try to stick OEM with the head lights. Theres a huge difference, and you can get the set for about $75. I know im selling a pair on eBay.
