the right place would be the marketplace

 

may be easier and cheaper to buy a rhd civic....but try some of the bigger engine dealers like hmotors

 

Try ebay or one of the JDM importers.

If you just want the RHD conversion and not the front end conversion or swap, your search will be easier.
