sunroof doesnt work

sunroof doesnt work
i have a 95 civic ex, it opens fine manually and the buttons seem to WANT to work (if that makes sense) so im thinking it may be a relay.. does anyone know where the sunroof relay on a 95 ex is located? thanks for any input

does the motor sound like it wants to kick in. meaning do you hear any motion noise when you try to open you sunroof
