i got a 97 honda accord ex, 5 speed, 2.2l f22b1 motor. My clutch got recently chaged, i put in an f1 stage 3 clutch kit. However, when i go in first gear slowly i could hear like some metals rubbing, a friend of mine told me it was the flywheel but im not sure. Also the car grinds when i shift into second at high rpm's. And the car shakes when i am accelerating. i just changed the spark plugs and that helped a lot but what else could it be.
