isnt that the thingy ma' bopper connecting the rear lower control arms? reinforcing the under-body and reducing chassis flexing? also, by reducing said chassis flexing, arent the cornering forces diverted to the springs and shocks, not the chassis? allowing the springs and shocks to function effectively and efficiently improving overall handling performance? cuz if it is..... then that is awesome... mucho awesome... it would be a good idea to upgrade that ma' bopper :D

Already know it comes with one, smart ***. He wants a better one. Sorry but I have a Type-R which is rare. They had to discontinue The S2k to make it rare, after not having much sales. If you get smart ***, then I will, Just simply stated a question, Why cant anyone answer the question and be cool.

 

the stock rear tie bar is fine... there is no need for a 'better' one

and whats having an itr being rare make anything different? thats like me saying "sorry you own a car that doesnt have a blue book value", or "sorry you cant put your top down, let alone open your sunroof", or "sorry you can't downshift into 5th gear"

the type r tie bar is not rare...maybe more uncommon...but definitely not rare. its a piece of stainless piping flattened on the ends...beaks is more rare.

no one is being a smartass douche what you fail to relize is that were are a lil different from the civic/teggy crew and dont put useless **** on our cars just cause its a different color and every one behind us can see it and think we are hardcore race car drivers. I answered your question i told you thathe cusco bar is better than stock and i think it comes in that cool blue color. So its a win win for ur friend it will improve his handeling while hes trying to hardpark and looks awesome.

not saying all of them, but a good majority of ITR owners have the I'm better than you mentality simply because they own one. Don't get me wrong I have nothing against the cars that's just my personal opinion.

 

First off i have an S2K,and it sounds like the problem started with homeboy callin him a ricer in the first place,it sounded like a simple question,but we know how these threads go,S2000,s & Type R,s are both sick *** cars from Honda,and this thread is just gettin blown up out of proportion for nothing!Just my take of it!

 

I fixed that for you... many of the s2000's I see are stuffed with $1000 intakes and $2500 titanium exhasts with 18 degrees of negative camber on stretched tires walmart tires.

 

Thanks for all the cool Honda owners on this thread. . But when kids get on here and get smart, I will put them in there place. Miata was first made in 1990, Honda S2000, 2000, I believe. The way you react to a question, is the way you will get responded to. Read all my threads, I never bash anyone and have quite a bit of knowledge about cars in general. I will just quit this thread. s2000 yes, s600 much earlier.

 

Maybe its rare because no one wanted to dish out the money for a front wheel drive car when they could have a rear wheel drive car that preformed better. The S2000 was sapost to be a limited production car but people wanted it. If enough people wanted the Type R they wouldnt of killed it off so fast but who wants to pay all that money for a FWD car.

Hmmm, most ITR owners I know are much older and more mature than the typical rice burner crowd. Unfortunately there are several dbags including VXhatched that make stupid remarks that makes only himself seem ignorant.
