Default Ek hatch ZC help vtec

okay I have a zc block with a vtec head and I wanted to know what kind of ecu do i need to have vtec running i got a shitty p2p ecu and it doesent work very well any suggestions please?

and that will get my vtec running? does my set up work with vtec i was told it did but idk its a non vtec block
