Icon2 ap2 door speaker install help

I tried to search the diy, but s2ki is down right now. I installed a set of polk components last night.... I used the polk crossover. I used the input from the factory mid-bass speaker wire and then output to the polk mid-bass and tweeter. I am getting no sound. What did I do wrong? The car is a MY07 s2k.

reconnect your stock speakers. get it to work. then without turning anything off, connect the polk components. if that doesnt work, try hooking up the wire straight to the speakers, bypassing the crossover. if that doesnt work, reconnect your stock speakers and declare that your polk components are broken.

just trying to cover all the bases here, but can you make sure it's not on MUTE on your dash controls?

The speakers in my rollbar and the sub both work. The speakers came out of my project my01 s2k and worked fine in it. Im guessing that maybe the factory has some type of crossover before the mid-bass, meaning that im using two crossovers. Im going to try to bypass the polk crossover.

You are seriously going to need to give us more info if you want some help... Does your radio come on? Have you tried resetting the stereo?

do u have an amp? i know pretty much all components have a minimum required watt rating. maybe they wont come on for self protection if they dont have enough power going to them.

assuming it's grounded i'd say the wiring is off. recheck the wiring to the cross over and tweet and then the final link in the chain. does you HU actually provide enough juice to hear components?
