Hey guys, new to HT , there seems to be alot of knowledge around here so i just wanna shoot some up coming plans i have for my car, hopefully get some informative feedback. thanks in advance

1st off the car is a 2000 SIR b16a2(cdn) (its my daily summer car btw) the engine is stock except for a k&n drop in and apexi n1 catback. I'd like to make it a little quicker but still keep is DD.
so here is the plan I'd like to upgrage the rest of the basic items I/H. TB/IM. so basically my question is aside from having upgraded the intake/exhaust will i benifit any from a new IM/TB combo much without doing any head work. eg.
cams/valvetrain>?
