Crx Auto not turning on
sometimes it does and sometimes it doesnt, heat/cool has nothing to do with it. its worked and hasnt in the morning when freezing, its worked and it hasnt mid day when its fairly hot.
from my past experience of starting problems ive brought my crx in to get changed. fuel pump, main relay, starter. the biggest problem is last time my crx wasnt starting it was like the day before i got married so i didnt have time to do it myself. i payed a shop to fix the fuel pump and the main relay. the bad thing is that now i dont have that experience lol.
is this main relay bad? pay special attention to the two points that arent points at all lol. maybe this is normal. i just wanted to ask people here is this relay looks normal.

That main relay has at least 3 dry joints on it that I can see.
That doesn't necessarily mean that it's your problem though.
You mentioned both a main relay and a starter. Those two items exhibit completely different no-start problems. We should probably start at the beginning.
What exactly is the car doing when you turn the key to position III? Does the starter crank the engine but it just won't start? Or is the starter not cranking at all?
If it cranks, are the plugs getting strong spark? Can you hear the fuel pump running for a few seconds when you turn the key on?
If it doesn't crank, do you get one loud click from the starter, or a series of rapid clicks, or no noise at all? Can you get it to crank if you jiggle the key around a bit while turning it?
That doesn't necessarily mean that it's your problem though.

I had the problem when it was hot and I stopped at the gas station. Pulled that puppy out and resoldered it. I'm a lameo at that but I was still able to do it. Car fires right up now!
