anyone know where i can get some dependable reliable water caps to cap off the heater hose outlets and misc outlets on my race car???

 

napa carries them, but I have read several instances of the jeep guys complain because they dont last very long and have to be replaced aevery couple of months.....however if your not submerging your vehicle every weekend I dont think it will be a big deal...

 

yeah ive seen the ones at advance auto and napa and have been using the small ones on some stuff and i check them but it makes me nervous.

 

well if you find any good ones that aren't made in china, post it up, because I have seen a few of these threads recently

 

Why not weld some of the shut or drill and tap and place a plug in there? for the water lines on the water tube I had them welded and the ones on the thermostate housing, I removed the elbows and drill and tapped and I was done with it.

For the one off the head by the vtec solenoid you can use the allen head that is used to hold the rocker arm shafts.

 

Weld some up homie. The rubber ones always fail.
