I see some chips going for as little as $1.50 and some for $500+ I own a stock 96 civic lx and was wondering what chip I should buy; i'm on a budget and dont plan on street racing. Also do I have to solder them?

 

I think the best chip out there is the Hondata, you make your own. I would not waste my money on chips, as if you get any mod it will change the performance, maybe good maybe bad.
