Default Where to have Bushings pressed into Control Arms?

I need to have some new bushings pressed into my control arms. I removed the control arms, but what kind of shop/place does this?

and if you have any suggestions for actual places in south florida let me know

i was going to post in the regional forum, but it looks empty

any place with a press, but you can do them yourself, its quite easy, pulling them is the hard part, well, if they're poly bushings

just throw them in the freezer, pulll them out after a few hours and you can lube them up and push them in with your hands, easy squeazy.

and if the bushings aren't already out, u usually drill the rubber out and then cut the metal ring pressed in to the LCA with a hacksaw, maybe 15-20 minutes worth of work for each bushing, and best of all....FREE! (assuming you have the tools)

if you have a long bolt and some washers, that'll do the trick too.

how does the long bolt and washer thing work? id rather do it myself if i can, otherwise ill drop by a garage tomorrow

how do i get the control arms unstuck from the ball joints... in the passed i have wacked away at the control arm but i do not have a heavy mallet, so i do not want to damage the control arms or the stud on the ball joint... they are currently hanging by the ball joint.

the freezer idea wont work... the bushings on the EP are housed in metal
