Air Build up in the system.. Easy. Remove the rad cap, turn on car and let it warm up until the fans turn on.

ok, so what would be happening if the thermostat would get stuck or not open or stay open ? i just want to make sure my thermostat if fine,

because the radiator hose side housing if from a 92-95 and the water pipe is from a 88-91 because of the thermo fan switch, so but ill try that,

also my fan doesnt go on till like 10-15 minutes whats up with that ?

well, does it run fine??? or does it overheat, if the thermostat was stuck closed the car would overheat, check to see if boath hoses heat up, and i agree pull the cap and bleed out the air.

heat wise its fine, but the hoses take like 15 minutes to heat up, also its all new re built 200 miles ago so i m stil braking it in,

but so what cap off , start it and run it and it iwll bleed it self ? as i unscrewed the bleeder bolt when car running and no air came out ?

also what kg radiator cap is recomended is 0.9 to small preasure ?
