i went shopping the other day, and i lost my car keys! i dont hahve a spare so im pretty much left to nothing. i was wondering if anyone knew any good and inexpensive locksmith around the los angeles area. my car is a 92 civic, help would be appreciated! or if theres any other option other then the locksmith?

 

Take your vin # and proof the car is yours to a honda dealership. They will cut you a new one for under $10 from your vin.

Key will be an EXACT match to the lock. I do this when my keys start to get worn.

 

^^x2. I had the same problem. I dropped my only set of keys in a friends car that came up for a visit from Virginia. I called a few locksmiths and all of them wanted around two hundred dollars. I went out on a whim and called the honda dealership close to my house to see if they could do anything about it and they said to bring my VIN and they would cut me a new key on the spot. Only cost like $3.50 haha

 

Yep, The dealer will cut you a key for around 5 dollars.
You'll need, Registation and a Picture ID.
I brought my title also and they said it wasnt needed.
