it felt as if the flow of gas was being cut short. and as well when i pulled into my garage, which is not flat it was like i was not giving the car enough gas and the car just wanted to stall.

i had a problem like that once.
my problem was that my throttle cable was not releasing, so it was the opposite for you.

more information please, like, is your car standard?
if it is, adjust the clutch and the idle speed. that should help, if not, then i dunno
