I did a quick 1 gear run with my car.. 20-50. and then when I slowed down my car sounded like an STi, now I feel like the car is in limp mode or something as I can't get a lot of power out of it.. anyone have this issue before.. It doesnt idle weird. It just idles like a STi or takes off like one with the sound of the exhaust but I don't have much power.

Any ideas?

 

spark plug went out??

 

Sounds like it needs a valve adjustment. I remembered when i adjusted my valves wrong, it friggen sounded like a boxer engine. Check your valve clearance.

Could it be a plug wire?

I had my valves adusted not to long ago.

2 months ago.

I think something just is off like a plug wire, but if it is I don't know how to put it back on.

misfiring

 

My MBZ used to sound like an STi when I washed the engine.

 

I was thinking misfires but also plug wires.. ahh I daily drive the car I need to figure it out.
