Default 96+ civic and 94+ integra inner tie rods the same? steeing rack?

okay, winter's been bad, now my driver side tie rod boot ripped open, salt and dirt got to the inner tie rod and now its starting to make noises and shake, now i have a full 98 GSR steering rack and rear cross member, im thinking about replacing it with the GSR, my car is a 98 honda civic ex, coupe. if the steering racks are different, what about the inner tie rod? are they the same/interchangeable? do they share the same rear cross member? sometime when its warmer, i'll get to fixing it as theres still a ton of snow on the ground here. if anyone knows please help!!! TIA!!
