Default Poor Man's Type-R : HELP with ECU!

so i have a Poor mans R with 11:1 ratio.
NOOB question but what ECU can work?

ANy OBD1 ecu converted to vtec [& 4-wire O2] that has been chipped to accept an ems like Neptune, S300, etc. That assumes you'll run an ems tune as well.

You can get by with a stock P72 ecu with the FPR turned up & timing manually retarded a bit, but ideally you'd get it tuned on a dyno, or at least on the street with a wideband.
