i needed new mirrors for my ek and i was wondering if anyone know the fitment and quality of ebay mirrors would they leave gaps like non OEM bumpers, headlights, etc or would stock OEM be the best way to go? i was looking for some non poower carbon spoon replicas. thanks ht once again!

 

i had them on my EG they fit like stock the carbon just looks alittle off if you got a real good cf hood like VIS.

 

what does u mean by off???

 

they are not real cf, they are plastic with a cf print on them. the fitment is actually real good, i just bought some for my eg, but the power versions. the mirrors have less visibility than stock but overall id say theyre a good buy for any of them under $70.

 

for the non powered ones do you need any modifications because on all the ebay pictures i didnt see any with the adjustable know for the non powered ones??

 

well i have mine from ebay real CF, the fitment was not really good .i make some adjustment with my drill and...walllaaaaaaaaaaaaaa fitment is PERFECT NOW.. now the other problem is that the mirrors are not the same size *** the base you can see the bolts on the inside...soo ebay= problems......

 

the non powered ones u just have to use ur hand to adjust them. maybe since you got real cf and its hand made it wasnt perfect. and my base was the same as my stock. are u sure they didnt send u the wrong ones? because hatch/coupe and sedan mirrors are different.
