Default head gasket question

hey guys

like i said, im planning on some spring maintenance for the itr and i was planning on doing a valve adjustment as well as replacing my valve cover. should i just take this opportunity to replace the head gasket as well?

also OEM will be sufficient? or would one of those thing cosmetic gaskets be good as well?

thanks in advance

Replacing the head gasket 'for the hell of it' ... Why do yo think it needs to be changed?
As for quality, OE = great.

If there are no signs of fatigue, don't crack the motor.
No oil leaks or coolant being burnt, don't crack the motor.

Also, I'd recommend only using a O.E./ Golden Eagle Headgasket.
I'm currently running a Cometic in my new setup but I haven't fired it up yet. (84mm itr 9:1)
