what up i got an 05 accord and do u know the inside door handle that has the clip for the door lock cable to go in along with the green clip thats attached on the cable itself and clip into that door handle hatch how do u safely remove it and whats the purpose of it.. thanks.

the motor is tapping against the window.. is there anything i can do about. i tried putting some felt but i can't stick my hand down there. i check for loose bolts and nothing loose.

 

i usually take the door panel off carefully by removing all the screws , undoing the clips and pushing the whole door panel up slowly to unhook it . it may take a small tap from a fist but here is where its tricky ..try not to pop the top of the panel more than a few inches from the window sill. when the panel is free just reach in and disconect the cables green connector with yours hand. be carefull they break alot.
as far as the motor hitting the glass , make sure the regulator has not exploded ,common , and inspect whether the door has been damaged or re skinned. good luck
