Default 90 Bumber Question

I was recently told that there is an outline on the inside of my front bumber on 1990 Civic DX Sedan for foglights, you just take off the bumber and follow the lines while cutting them out to install fogs, is this true?

Im not sure if its true for USDM bumpers but on my JDM bumper it has the outline on the inside for the square and round foglights.

Take off the bumper and let everybody else know!!

Thats because there were a couple different options for fogs. Make sure you use the correct cut outs.
