Need help on my swap

What is best for my gsr ob1 swap onto my 95 acura integra ls... ex wiring harness or my ls harness...... and if my ls harness is best how can i add a vtec wire... i have a p28 chipped....can some1 help me out

if you have the ex wiring harness go with that one...if you use the ls you will have to wire vtec directly to your ecu
