Where are you located in The Bay????? Check out Westcoast Powdercoat in Concord if you're close to there. I just had some stuff for my jet ski powdercoated there recently and they did an amazing job.

We don't, we paint then baked them in the paint booth. Some people say powdercoating make the wheels weaker due to the high temp powdecoating process affecting the crystal bonds in aluminum. I however don't believe this because powdercoating curing temp is ~390degF which is only slightly higher then paint baking temperature and still below the annealing temperature. We find that painting works and lasts just as well as powdercoating as long as its not a backyard job. And it gives us a wider range of colors as well as more creativity while still cost less.

But thanks for the plug anyways, our prices start at $100 per wheel and we can repair bends and knicks/curb rashes as well as do custom colors and reprint/recut wheel decals in any color. Here are some of the wheels we done during the last yr or so.
