Default D16z6 Build

Im currently building a d16z6 right now and plan on putting it in a 92 hatch.
Our plans for the engine is to end up spraying no more than a 150 shot.
Currently Ive done a 3 angle valve job, grinded valves, and re seated them. The block is more than likely going to a stock rebuild that I will do, and replacing all gaskets. I was wondering what I should expect out of it in the end power wise when in the hatch, Im new in the honda world but I am a mechanic. I own a WRX so Im not use to expected power gains on honda's.
Let me know what you think....P.s. any helpfull hints to would be nice to on matching a tranny to it.
