You're going to need to convert to MPFI because the ITBS have four injectors.
If you don't know how to install ITBs i'd suggest you don't do it.
It's time and money consuming. You have to get the ITBs dialed in, and your ecu tuned.

not sure if this helps at all, its for a b series, but i'm assuming that the same principals apply, https://honda-tech.com/forums/acura-integra-6/individual-throttle-bodies-ls-vtec-1122600/ .

try lookin on onecamonly dot com lot of good info on there. you don't need a vtec head to make power a cam and increased compression will help alot but you got alot more to look into before itbs.

there alot of vairables that cames to play when using itbs. itbs love hi compression for starters. depending on the size of the itbs and the length of your itb w/verlocity stacks and intake manni also plays a factor, cam does too. and most of all tuning is your main headache. as i start assemebling my itb setup, i started scouting for a tuner that does tune them in which i found one he then expalin to me when i bring him my car for tuning to only bring it to him in the spring/fall. he stated it has to do with air temperture. eh who knows but all well.
Just run dual carbs. Get a electric 8 psi max fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, and the UK/JDM dual carbs. my friend Gizmo on civiclife.net is running them on his mini me, makes 130 to the wheels, and with some more tuning and a electronic pressure regulator, he can reach around 140 150.....you dont even need to get anything aside from those parts. jsut throw a resistor in line with each of you injector wires (equal to the resistance of the injector that was there) and find a place for the tps to get wired to, like the side of the carbs, and then you intake air temp sensor you can mount inside a carb's bore.
